The New (Netflix) Daredevil Costume
Are you kidding me?
At New York Comic Con, Marvel released the first official images of Charlie Cox from the upcoming Daredevil Series. You gotta be kidding me. I just have one question:
This is not a joke, by the way. Marvel claims the costume was inspired by the Frank Miller and John Romita, Jr. run Daredevil: The Man Without Fear.
I was so psyched for this series. Bad call, people. Fix it… please…

I’m hoping it’s a smokescreen to build up chatter and attention, and there will be a magic last-minute ‘change’ into a more traditional looking DD suit. Fingers crossed, breath not held.
I would expect that he will get the red costume later on in the story; it would suck if he just decided to be a superhero, call himself ‘Daredevil’, and make a costume straight away. Like how, in the comics, Ben Reilly wrapped cloth or something around his head and hands in The Lost Years, then he had his Scarlet Spider costume with the hoody, then finally made his version of the Spider-Man outfit. That was great, showed his journey from reluctant vigilante into fully-fledged superhero.
